About Our Client

Job Description

• Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies in a distribution environment using third-party service providers.
• You will be responsible for managing 3PL performance, optimizing inventory, planning, customer service and ensuring logistics efficiency across a complex, multi-country distribution network.
• Optimize workflows across supply chain and customer service teams, ensuring robust and efficient processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement timely, effective solutions.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve performance.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to select and manage vendors and distributors.
• Lead inventory forecasting and segmentation practices to ensure stock availability while optimizing inventory.
• Oversee inventory audits and reconciliation with third-party logistics providers.
• Evaluate and manage third-party service providers to ensure quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to regional and overseas teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Operations & Supply Chain Manager should have:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven regional experience managing 3PL, logistics, warehousing, inventory and customer service teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and third-party logistics operations.
• Familiarity of import/export regulations and trucking operations in SEA countries.
• Experience in developing action plans, performance metrics and inventory control strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query SQL.
