Reporting to Supply Chain Manager (SCM) / Director.
Requirements:
- Bill of Material (BOM) costing consolidation within a specific time period.
- Propose alternate electronic component manufacturer part (MPN) on BOM.
- Managing & building up BOM database - in Excel format and SAP system.
- Maintenance of SAP system's data Integrity & accuracy.
- Negotiations, timely escalations, and coordination with Suppliers on cost & lead time.
- Monitoring & coordinating of electronics components and materials logistic movements.
- Stocktaking, re-packing and labelling of received electronics components & materials.
- Return Material Authorisation & quality rejects liaison with suppliers.
- Maintenance of office's material holding/inventory storage area.
- Responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant.
- Preferably of 1~2 years of sales or customer service or supply chain experience in EMS/CM sectors.
- Good knowledge of EMS electronic market & competitors will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with SAP will be an added advantage
