We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual, with experience in the planning and execution of services for the acquisition of products and services.

Job Task:

- Review of ongoing and completed procurement transactions and relevant approval of requirement and/or specification of requirement.

- Review and analysis of open purchase orders (POs) based on upcoming and/or overdue delivery dates, guiding internal stakeholders / requestors with necessary step and/or actions to be taken to address the status of POs.

- Facilitating to troubleshoot issues and provide a closure on the action.

- The individual will work in a fast-paced environment as the nature of the work is on a project basis and may be required to pivot to new task on short notice.

Requirements:

• Procurement experience in the Public Sector with knowledge on Government Procurement procedures, will be advantageous;
• Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders';
• Meticulous team worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment;
• Good time management and be able to meet deadlines;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage
