Hi, we are looking for someone who is excited about control execution. This role involves the acquisition of materials and services needed for our engineering projects and ensuring that the procured items meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines, while also considering cost and availability.

The scopes involve supplier selection, contract negotiation, and overseeing logistics, requiring strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills. A further break down of responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on project requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Review and evaluate contract documents from clients and main contractors to ensure compliance and understanding.
• Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible pricing and terms.
• Manage variation orders and other contractual changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring reliable and efficient procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract details.

Skillsets that we are looking out for include:

• Strong Negotiation skills
• Strong command of languages and communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy

• Ability to multi-task proficiently
