Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in purchasing Provision in Singapore Market (Wholesales)
  • Coordinate with Logistic department staff for purchasing outside in Retails shop.
  • Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • Check stock before issue invoices.
  • Issue of invoices.
  • Assist Senior purchaser in monthly accounts closing.
  • Attend to Miscellaneous administration tasks.

Job Requirements:
  • O-Level holder with minimum 1-year relevant experience in Purchaser sector
  • Comfortable working in fast-faced ordering environment.
  • Have some experience to compare comparisons and advice PM on the purchase conditions.
  • Good negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application & Auto count Program.
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Purchase Admin
  • Able to start work within short notice period.
  • 5.5 days
