Location: Tuas, Singapore (3-minute walk from Tuas West Road MRT)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM (5-day work week)

Salary Range: S$3,300 - S$3,600/month (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview

This role oversees full-cycle procurement and coordination activities, from sourcing to delivery tracking and internal documentation. It's ideal for someone detail-driven, resourceful, and methodical, with the ability to support operations through structured planning and supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistant Admin Manager
• Source materials based on team requirements
• Raise and verify Purchase Requisitions (PR)
• Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (PO) for approval
• Liaise with suppliers and place orders
• Monitor shipment status and update requestors
• Perform Goods Receipt (GRPO) upon delivery
• Handle supplier discrepancies promptly
• Submit completed PO documentation to Finance
• Prepare Payment Requisitions for COD/Advance payments weekly
• Maintain organized filing of procurement records
• Generate monthly procurement reports

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/planning
• SAP experience or mechanical background will have an advantage
