MNC looking for Junior Suplly Chain Exe (1 year contract)

1. Delivery Operations - Manage delivery scheduling, slot allocation, and last-mile configurations in fulfilment systems. Handle exceptions (cancellations, exchanges) and VIP orders.

2. Customer & Vendor Coordination - Resolve delivery complaints, fraud cases, and queries. Liaise with vendors and warehouses; conduct performance audits and maintain POD records.

3. System & Process Support - Administer system access, troubleshoot IT incidents, and drive process improvements/digitalization projects.

4. Reporting & Financials - Process courier invoices, generate monthly SLA/cost reports, and track vendor performance via dashboards.

5. Inventory Management - Oversee stock reconciliation, sub-batching, and investigate system discrepancies (e.g., trade-ins, returns).

Requirement:

• Diploma in relevant field
• 2 or 4 years of experience, if dont have relevant education certification.
