Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Objectives:

To ensure operational continuity and efficiency within the supply chain by managing critical workflows, documenting processes for knowledge transfer, supporting logistics planning, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the clearing work cycle including documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and compliance checks.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions for all supply chain tasks to ensure continuity and support handover processes.
• Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency, including cross-functional activities.
• Provide support and backup coverage for logistics planners during absences or peak periods.
• Support urgent requests or ad hoc tasks from supply chain managers.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Business Admin
• No experience is welcome to apply, training is provided
• Expose to cross-functional coordination
• Experience in documenting processes or SOPs, participating in or leading small process improvement process
• Possess moderate experience in ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP S4 Hana will be added advantage
• Understanding of logistics workflows, shipment coordination
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent or ad hoc operational tasks in a dynamic environment
