Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies for a wide variety of industries is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead demand planning and stocking strategies in some SEA countries
• Oversee the execution of Kanban, Vendor Management Inventory Programs e.g. Contract review, stakeholder communication, on ground implementation etc
• Collaborate for supply updates and reduce aging inventory to drive continuous reduction and minimize obsolescence
• Lead the monthly consolidation of ASEAN inventory reports
• Champion the AP/ASEAN Aging Inventory Reduction initiative by driving action plans and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and propose areas for improvement
• Other relevant duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Material Planning, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment.
• Previous hands-on experience in Kanban replenishment / pull system is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
