Job Description

• Drive key initiatives in category merchandising, business transformation, sustainability, and trade terms.
• Build business cases and actionable recommendations with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of strategic projects through structured project management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply surety, balancing service levels, inventory, and cost.
• Partner with operations teams to prioritise and monitor initiatives.
• Conduct market and value chain diagnostics to support long-term business planning for Procurement.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by integrating end-to-end commercial and operational insights.
• Support management with business impact assessments and strategy presentations.
• Lead efforts to embed governance frameworks and controls across business processes.
• Work with Finance and Internal Audit on self-assessments and drive improvements in risk and control frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in strategic projects, supply chain, or procurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with strong business impact.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management and familiarity with data tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, consulting, or procurement transformation will be advantageous.
