Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (5.5 days/week)
Job Description:
To support the Procurement Department in managing the full purchasing cycle and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and effective use of software to track procurement activities.

Job Description:
To support the Procurement Department in managing the full purchasing cycle and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and effective use of software to track procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full purchasing cycle, including:
- Issuance of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Requesting and evaluating quotations
- Receiving goods and processing delivery documents
- Handling supplier billing and matching Delivery Orders (DOs) with POs - Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers to meet quality, price, and timeline requirements.
- Conduct material sourcing and prepare price comparisons and pricing summaries for management review.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update supplier and material databases, including a price summary log.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement records to meet audit and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts, Store, and Project teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Work independently, yet contribute positively as part of the procurement and admin team.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Education:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. - Experience:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement administrative roles.
Proficiency in AutoCount accounting/procurement system is added advantage. - Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
