Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase administration duties.

• Purchase and source materials and negotiate prices with new vendors.

• Manage and oversee documentation related to invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Coordinate shipments with vendors and forwarders.

• Request/sources quotations from suppliers.

• Maintain appropriate filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.

• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant experience in business administration, purchasing, or logistics are welcome to apply.

• Preferred at least one year of relevant working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
