Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Support the execution of monthly S&OP cycles by performing IBP master data checks and managing open cycle requirements.

• Use software tools and supply chain concepts to analyze business issues and support process improvements.

• Collaborate with IT and Business Analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP IBP and ECC.

• Automate routine IBP master data checks and streamline key processes with IT support.

• Enhance training and documentation for RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) to increase team productivity.

• Analyze RCCP processes, suggest improvements, and implement system enhancements.

• Serve as a first-line escalation point for IBP and related systems support.

• Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure functionality and user requirements are met.

Communication & Collaboration

• Work closely with Supply Network Planners to set targets, track performance, and manage exceptions.

• Support Demand & Supply Agreement Meetings with data analysis, performance insights, and recommendations.

• Assist in preparing business process documentation and operational manuals.

• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and system issues effectively.

• Provide user training and ongoing support to end-users of IBP and ECC systems.
