Coordinate with stakeholders to update and refine sourcing proposals
Oversee vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to product specifications
Maintain procurement workflows in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Monitor and manage inventory levels across the organization
Partner with R&D to develop new products and ready-to-eat meals, including sourcing and evaluating raw materials
Work with Quality Management to conduct compliance checks, product quality assessments, and sensory analyses

Semicon Equipment

Proactively identify and evaluate local and international suppliers for machine components and materials
Continuously expand and review the supplier pool to ensure a stable roster of qualified partners
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times while maintaining strong supplier relationships for reliable, on-time delivery
Coordinate delivery schedules, resolve quality or specification issues, and confirm certification requirements with suppliers
Collaborate with design, engineering, workshop, and assembly teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and cost-saving goals
Oversee purchase order management, monitor inventory turnaround, and track project costings to achieve accuracy and budget targets

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Advanced Diploma preferably in Logistic / Supply Chain Management.
Relevant experience will have added advantage
Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skills.
