Job Title: Procurement & Administrative Assistant

Job Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Support
  • Handle procurement processes, including creating sales and purchase orders in SAP B1 system
  • Source and evaluate quotations, prices, and availability of goods and services
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery

Logistics Coordination
  • Manage company purchases and oversee infrastructure and facilities maintenance
  • Coordinate transactions related to inventory movement, estate management, and servicing of office equipment

Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the company, including clerical and office management duties
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
