Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals and procurement best practices, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze spend across multiple business units to identify consolidation opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of supply market trends and assess market dynamics.
  • Lead competitive sourcing activities to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet performance, cost, and quality criteria, while conducting robust negotiations and risk assessments to ensure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related discipline (CIPS or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience with a proven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in spend analysis and market research to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Good working knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, commercial law, and financial analysis.
