  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Identify and establish relationships with profitable suppliers and initiate strategic business partnerships.
  • Align procurement, service management, and corporate objectives to support overall business goals.
  • Represent procurement initiatives at both global and regional levels.
  • Conduct audits on trade documentation and contract terms to mitigate risks, collaborating closely with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms.
  • Negotiate with internal providers and external vendors to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Authorize the procurement of necessary goods and services in line with company policies.
  • Finalize purchase details for orders, IT services, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Review and evaluate existing contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and company expectations.
  • Anticipate changes in supplier and client negotiating power and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze data to predict unfavorable events and develop control strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Manage risks associated with supply contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Control procurement spend and foster a culture of long-term savings and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct quarterly vendor performance evaluations with key vendors within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Collaborate with the internal service management team to consolidate requirements, service scope, and fees into a single contract for customers.
  • Review external customer sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts with customers to secure favorable outcomes for the company

Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree with relevant procurement/contracts experience from MNC environment
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE
