Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage and optimize procurement operations within our IT organization. This role requires a strong understanding of sourcing IT hardware, software, services, and managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT products, services, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specifications defined by internal IT and project teams.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness, lead time, and quality of goods and services procured.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on KPIs such as product quality, service reliability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Managers etc.) to define procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve supply chain issues related to delivery, quality, service, and invoicing with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for vendor assessments and assist in ISO audits and annual performance reviews.
• Execute daily operational procurement tasks including planning, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders, and coordinating delivery and logistics schedules.
• Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) regularly based on performance and compliance standards.
• Prepare reports, procurement plans, and training materials to build internal procurement capabilities and support team development.
• Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and warranty tracking for IT assets and services.
