To manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient materials handling, and timely issuance and receipt of goods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management;
  • Analyse spare parts usage trends to forecast requirement;
  • Maintan optimal stock levels of parts to meet operational requirement;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP/WMS system;
  • Prepare and issue materials based on requisitions or job orders;
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support full stock-take activities;
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in raising purchase requisitions for replenishment;
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams to ensure material availability;
  • Handle documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO) and Inventory Movement records;
  • Assist in investigating stock discrepancies and support root cause analysis.

Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive storekeeping or warehouse operations;
  • Familiar with inventory software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or WMS);
  • Knowledge of stock handling procedure;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Class 3 driving license preferred.
