Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders to suppliers/vendors
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers/vendors on order status
• Prepare and process procurement documents in compliance with company policies
• Support in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers/vendors
• Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or related administrative role
• Singaporean only
