Job Description

• Set the strategic direction of the transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term objectives.
• Design and implement program governance, including reporting, risk controls, and change management frameworks.
• Manage integrated program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely, in-scope delivery.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of program initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional heads, and external partners to drive alignment and support.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and governance standards.
• Track key metrics, conduct program reviews, and deliver insights to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage program team members, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimally 10 years of hands-on experience managing high-impact programs, with a focus on driving major transformation efforts across complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and automation technologies; retail experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex programs within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in aligning programs with business strategy, budgeting, and managing financial performance.
• Adept at navigating risk and leading successful organizational change initiatives.
• Experienced in influencing and collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communicator with expertise in project management tools and executive reporting.
