Job Description

• Develop and lead the roadmap for forecasting and replenishment (F&R) systems aligned with the supply chain strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on technology-driven supply chain improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of best-in-class solutions such as Blue Yonder, Relex, SAP, and other inventory technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration with systems like WMS and POS, driving continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and replenishment efficiency.
• Partner with teams across supply chain, category management, IT, store operations, and merchandising to align on business requirements.
• Resolve dependencies and drive delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and consultants.
• Foster a high-performance culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Represent the technology and innovation function in senior forums, translating complex technical ideas into strategic business value.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gain alignment and support.
• Define key success metrics and regularly track performance to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
• Present updates to senior leadership with transparency around progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in leading large-scale forecasting, replenishment, or supply chain transformation initiatives in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong expertise in platforms such as Blue Yonder, Relex, SAP, or similar F&R technologies.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to manage execution and deliver results across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving operational excellence through technology.
