**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **System & Global Procurement Hub Support**
* Collaborate with LY Tax, LY Finance, and global procurement teams to support the establishment of procurement systems across overseas sites.
* Ensure Singapore functions effectively as the global procurement hub, providing standardized, compliant, and efficient procurement support.
2. **Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management**
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
* Manage supplier relationships and performance, including selection, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. **Contract Negotiation & Commercial Terms**
* Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing that protect the company's best interests.
* Ensure all agreements comply with company standards, policies, and ethical expectations.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement**
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
* Serve as a liaison between business units and procurement, ensuring effective communication and execution of sourcing strategies.
5. **Risk Management & Change Adaptability**
* Proactively identify procurement and supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Navigate and support organizational changes with agility and forward-thinking solutions.

## **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related fields;
* Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a multinational or global sourcing environment;
* Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management;
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with high standards of integrity, fairness, and professionalism;
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills;
* Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
* Strategic mindset and problem-solving orientation;
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage;
* Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
