• Position: Purchasing Executive (100% WORK FROM HOME!)
• Location: Fully remote
• Working Hours: Monday to Fri (8.30am - 5pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus (1-3 months) + AWS + Mobile Allowance ($30/mth) + WFH allowance ($50/month) + Dental & Optical Allowance
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics, industrial and car grooming products

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the purchasing process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Order processing & order scheduling
• Invoice processing & Inventory control
• Shipment & delivery arrangement
• Coordination with vendors and customers
• E-commerce management & expansion
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience
• Diploma holder
• Prior experience in procurement and vendor management
• Knowledge of supply chain management
