Job Title: Procurement Executive (Halal F&B)

Salary Range: $2,600 - $3,000/month
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Location: JTC Bedok Food City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Halal Compliance

Ensure all procured ingredients and food products are Halal-certified.

Comply with MUIS regulations and maintain up-to-date Halal documentation.

2. Sourcing & Negotiation

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best quality and cost.

Secure reliable and cost-effective procurement deals.

3. Supplier Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Monitor and manage supplier performance and contract terms.

4. Inventory Management

Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs without overstocking.

Monitor stock quality and ensure Halal compliance at all stages.

5. Quality Control

Implement procedures to uphold food safety and Halal integrity.

Ensure that procured goods meet company standards before acceptance.

6. Documentation

Maintain accurate and organized records of purchases, invoices, and Halal certifications.

Requirements:

- Muslim candidate, with Halal competency certification preferred.

- Tertiary education preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a similar role (F&B experience is a plus).

- Familiarity with Halal certification standards and supply chain best practices.
