Job Overview

The Global Procurement Process Program Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and executing various digital transformation projects within the procurement function. This role includes coordinating digitalization training, developing and maintaining supplier audit portals, enhancing several digital platforms, and supporting cybersecurity and communication initiatives. The analyst will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all digitalization initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Digitalization Initiatives
  • Coordinate digitalization training program.
  • Maintain and enhance internal portals (e.g., NAP, OJT, Supplier Audit Portal , etc).

Cybersecurity and Communication
  • Coordinate and support cybersecurity training initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and awareness programs

Additional Responsibilities
  • Augment and publish GPM training modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Act as the GPM Quality & Compliance Newsletter facilitator, coordinating article submissions and publications of GPM Quality & Compliance Newsletters and TechBytes.
  • Create and manage detailed reports using advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects and training coordination.
  • Strong understanding of portal development and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
