Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records for the company's fleet, ensuring compliance with insurance, permits, licenses, and registration
• Liaise with vendors for fleet-related matters, including insurance renewals, repairs, and licensing
• Review, verify, and process invoices related to vehicle and machinery maintenance, repairs, and services
• Perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and generate reports
• Ensure timely processing of invoices by working closely with the Accounts Department
• Manage filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks related to fleet operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding fleet and administrative matters
• Assist with special projects and assignments as required
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with data entry, invoice processing, and report generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with procurement systems is an advantage
