Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily procurement activities for pharmaceuticals and medical consumables.
• Coordinate logistics and product deliveries in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
• Track inventory levels and expiry dates to reduce waste and optimize stock through efficient inventory management systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align sourcing efforts with production schedules, cost objectives, and product requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., HSA, MOH).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or relevant field
• Experience in oncology or handling oncology drugs and consumables is advantageous
• Experience in procurement processes
• Exposure to pharmacy processes and stock management
