ALPS - a subsidiary of SingHealth, was set up in 2018 as part of Ministry of Health's (MOH) strategic thrust in delivering value-based supply chain solutions to public healthcare.

As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• To perform manual Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) posting for PHI who will still be ordering items from Covid Ops
• Coordinate with Service partners to set up SKUs, UOM, delivery drop points, cost centers in WMS & ePortal
• Responsible for Outbound Operations and overall inventory accounting
• Assist, supervise and control all disposal activitiesin accordance to SOP
• Ensure PHI returns, product recall, damaged stocks are accounted for in SAP MM
• Raising of E-Forms when necessary when there are CN to be provided to PHls
• Manage covid ops incident reporting and escalations
• Verify and validate billings from 3PL Responsible for month on month billing validation for all deliveries (new)
• Other operational duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast pace environment
• Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
• Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
• Advance Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Access, Office 365
• Hands on experience in SAP MM/WM/ or SD module will be a plus
• Prior experience in Warehouse Operations, Material planning and Inventory management will be an added advantage
