Job Description:

➤Processing Purchasing order (PO)
• PO issuance for the required goods and service in a timely manner
• Negotiation and liaise with business partner on better cost and lead time.
• Monitoring and manage the stock inventory.
• Follow up on PO acknowledgement from business partners.

➤Vendor Contract Management
• Systematically and efficiently Manage the process of Contract creation and Negotiation.
• Follow up with stakeholders and vendor on contract approval.
• Contract Monitoring and Management
• Contract Renewal and termination.

➤Price Analytics
• Update internal database with order details.
• Utilize analytics data to perform organization procurement performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly records of department PO issuance and track monitor the status of outstanding order.
• To conform with company environmental practices

➤Special Project
• Monitor and track all purchase order.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and material.
• Understand of special requirement and source for alternative if require.
• Update and track on the project requirement from time to time.
• Work with vendor to achieve desire objective.

➤Quality control
• Assist in ISO annual performance reviews for vendor and company.
• Work with internal department to resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues from vendors.
• Any other task as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business administration/ Supply Chain At least 2 years of Procurement/Sales experience for Diploma Holders

• Proficient in an SAP system will be an added advantage

• Good proficiency in Microsoft office Especially in MS Excel and Power point slide

• Good team player, energetic and able to travel overseas occasionally.

• Process Good communication skill and a good listener
