Job Description

• Leading the procurement APAC team and ensuring efficient processes
• Developing and implementing effective procurement and sourcing strategies
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
• Ensuring procurement activities align with company policies and regulations
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Monitoring market trends and evaluating potential suppliers
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Overseeing the management of procurement budgets
• Be the bridge between global shared service and its subsidiaries

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field with minimally 10 years experience in procurement
• Experience of at least 5 years in a procurement leadership role within the healthcare industry in the APAC region
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategies
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
