The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a local corporate gifting company specializing in customized promotional products and branded merchandise, and we are hiring a Merchandiser to join their business permanently! Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, the successful incumbent will oversee corporate gift product offerings, ensuring a competitive and high-quality selection through sourcing, supplier management, market research, and pricing strategies.

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work Location: East region
• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Salary: Basic + AWS

The Job:

• Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, and pricing negotiations.
• Oversee product uploads, pricing updates (SG & MY), and sample coordination.
• Prepare biweekly product showcases for new launches.
• Support sales with pricing checks, proposals, and supplier comms.
• Assist in marketing events, promotions, and showroom/sample management.
• Conduct market research and develop competitive pricing strategies.

The Talent:

• Prior experience in merchandising, procurement/purchasing, product sourcing, e-commerce or marketing can be considered.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of market trends and product positioning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
