The incumbent is responsible for supply chain management to achieve operational excellence and increased customer satisfaction. With deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain from manufacturing through to distribution to retail, he/she will lead the the supply chain management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product Marketing and Retail to achieve division KPIs.

• To deliver on following KPIs:

1. Month end sales ratio
2. Sell-in forecast accuracy
3. Weeks of Stocks
4. Consensus to close gaps between sales target and sales forecast

• Undertake KPI setting, process or system improvements in demand planning, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Oversee demand forecasting & inventory management, identify areas of opportunities to maximise revenue and optimise channel inventory through timely forecast adjustments.
• Guide & facilitate the sales and product marketing teams in optimising product mix to achieve revenue targets as well as achieve accuracy in demand planning & forecasting.
• Coordinate and maintain constant communications with all stakeholders (IM and HQ) on supply & replenishment status and actively engage HQ in supply shortage recovery.
• Collaborate with Sales team and Logistics team on order management process to ensure timely delivery to customers and KPI optimisation.
• Participate in the development of monthly, quarterly & annual financial plans
• Develop productive relationships and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to identify process and operational improvements.
• Contribute towards change management initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management
• 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain management
• MS Office, advance capability particularly in Excel
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Strong people and communication skills
• Detailed and analytical
• Due to business communication needs with Global HQ, ability to communicate in additional Asian language (eg. Korean) would be advantegeous
