We're hiring a Supply Chain Planner to join a global leader in the flavors and fragrance manufacturing industry, supporting end-to-end planning for both raw materials and finished goods in a high mix, high volume production environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are available to meet production and customer needs , while maintaining optimal inventory levels and avoiding supply disruptions.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage customer order demand based on raw material availability to meet service and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with production planners to release process orders and production schedules.
• Monitor raw material levels daily, and work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with customer service and demand planning teams to address forecast gaps and urgent orders.
• Support inventory management by balancing service levels with cost efficiency, and minimizing slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Work with cross-functional teams (quality, procurement, production) to resolve material issues and de-risk the supply chain.
• Contribute to raw material changes, formula phase-ins/outs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment / high mix, high volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
