Renovation Assistant Officer

• Working Days: 5 days (8am - 6pm)
• Office Location: Toh Guan Road, Jurong East
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
• other benefits: flex benefits $100-$300/year + transport allowance $50-$120/month + will state exact amount of confirmation increment $50 - $200

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding in current IT trends.
• Good business acumen and understanding about the concept of profit and loss.
• Prior experience in SAP HANA, ORACLE ERP, data visualisation tool in MS Power BI, Tableau.
• Prior experience in building systems' project management is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to ASEAN region China/ Japan.

Job Summary:

To plan, control and co-ordinate on renovation works carried out to the equipment.

Job Scope:

• Familiarize oneself on the equipment so as to provide technical assistance to Renovation work.
• Assist to establish renovation works procedures.
• Assist to establish technical manuals and standard.
• Ensure that renovation works
• are carried out according to schedule.
• Plan renovation works schedule with supervisors.
• Prepare purchase requisition for materials or sub-contractor works.
• Liaise with customers on schedule for renovation works.
• Liaise with appointed sub-contractors on work schedule.
• Report to Superior on all matters relating to the department.
• Co-ordinate with other departments and overseas on matters relating to renovation works.
• Prepare, record and submit all documents relating to renovation works.
• Conduct patrol checks on renovation works
• Assist in investigation of damages/accidents and prepare the necessary reports.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by his superior
• Ensure compliance with environmental policy, reduction of waste and Workplace, Safety & Health Act (WSHA)
• Ensure work processes are carried out in accordance to ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements
