Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
• Source and compare quotes from suppliers for raw materials and packaging
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams on inventory needs
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and supplier details
• Support senior purchasing staff in negotiations and supplier communications
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, SFA)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience welcome to apply
• Interest in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems (training will be provided)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• 5 day work week (Mon - Fri)
