Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update company records, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications within the company.
Accounts Support:
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Support in preparing reports for management review.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure timely payment processing.
Purchasing Support:
- Source and liaise with suppliers for quotations and price negotiations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, or accounting roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
