Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain and update company records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications within the company.

Accounts Support:
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Support in preparing reports for management review.
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure timely payment processing.

Purchasing Support:
  • Source and liaise with suppliers for quotations and price negotiations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Verify invoices, receipts, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
