Key Responsibilities:

1.Handle daily purchasing and inventory coordination

2.Manage supplier relationships and source new vendors

3.Support product selection, price negotiation, and promotions

4.Track orders, deliveries, and payments

5.Work with logistics and store teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

1.Min. 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in supermarket chains (e.g. NTUC, Sheng Siong)

2.Familiar with FMCG and supplier market in Singapore/SEA

3.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin

4.Proficient in procurement systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office 5.Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented

Familiar with local food regulations and import procedures

Experience in managing large-scale procurement projects or promotional campaigns
