We're looking for a sharp and resourceful Procurement Systems Analyst (Entry Level welcome) to join our Procurement Department and spearhead a product barcode system setup project across our entire inventory.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with the Procurement Team to design and implement a barcoding system across all product SKUs
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure correct label formats and integration
• Map out existing product and packaging flows, and identify operational bottlenecks
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, marketing, operations) for process alignment
• Conduct user testing and feedback rounds before full rollout
• Create documentation and simple guides for future team use
• Suggest improvements to our procurement data flow and stock tracking systems

• Candidates with up to 1-2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, business ops, or process coordination are also encouraged to apply
• You're a strong communicator and natural problem-solver
• You enjoy creating order from chaos, spotting gaps in workflows, and proposing better ways to do things
• Systems thinker - you enjoy making things work better, and smarter
• Tech-comfortable - no need to code, but you shouldn't fear ERP systems and Excel sheets
