Main Responsibilities:
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Affiliate sourcing and affiliate management in the APAC region.
- Ensuring drivers are assigned to jobs in a timely manner & ensure customer satisfaction while achieving the greatest revenue.
- Handling any logistical issues and emergency rearrangement that may arise during service delivery.
- Liaise with affiliates after investigation and work out the plan for service recovery and improvement.
- Provide support to Reservation / Roadshow team when necessary.
- Responsible for the overall service delivery.
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of TBR Global including monitoring performance goals that meet efficiency levels, targets and quality assurance standard.
- Continue to manage and service selected existing accounts, while maintaining relationships with vendors & suppliers.
- To ensure that all training manuals to supplier are current and updated on a regular basis.
- Identify and evaluate the risks to the organization and implement measures to control risks.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Preferred local university or at degree holder
- 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Must have an exceptional eye for detail and excellent organizational skills and prioritizing abilities
- PC literate. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flawless communication
