Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Financial Services operational team in managing day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Collect and organize all necessary operational documents for the business unit, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Regularly review and update operational documentation to ensure they are current and relevant.
• Prepare and provide regular reports to the team, offering insights and updates to support decision-making.
• Contribute to a cohesive and productive team atmosphere, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience, candidates with experience that dealt with auto loan/ hire purchase agreement will have added advantage
• Possess at least a GCE O-Level qualification
• Proficient in MS Office
