• Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Identify and select suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to meet material requirements.
• Coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth import/export.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Prepare procurement documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support sales coordination by handling invoices, POs, and delivery orders.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in manufacturing or the valves/pipes sector.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Proficient in ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with international shipping and import/export regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
