Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations in alignment with the company's goals.
• Lead and manage local and global teams to ensure alignment in global supply chain and procurement processes.
• Implement measures to optimise inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies within the supply chain process.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Oversee risk management within the supply chain.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Relevant educational qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain related roles, preferably in healthcare/ pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations processes within the healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for work.
