- Conduct thorough market research to gather customer feedback and insights, improving product portfolio and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to onboard more products and improve existing range.
- Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the sales team and customers.
- Handle or assist in other duties or projects assigned by Reporting Officer/Management.
Requirements
- Resourceful in sourcing car parts and auto accessories from both local and overseas suppliers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal team
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and planning skills
- Quick thinking and fast execution with good problem-solving skills.
