Operations & Administrative Duties:
Handle daily purchases & sales operations, including processing invoices, sales orders, and delivery memos
Manage customer and supplier communications (calls, emails, quotations, and payment follow-ups)
Maintain stock records, conduct monthly stock adjustments, and oversee inventory planning
Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery arrangements
Process and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
Manage office administration, including Autocount software updates, website updates, and contract renewals
Troubleshoot and liaise with service providers for Autocount, VPN, and logistics needs

Requirements:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience with Autocount software (or willingness to learn) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
