Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP system launch, ensuring alignment with sales and operational processes.
• Automate sales reports and create dashboards using Power BI for performance tracking.
• Manage image recognition system to improve retail execution and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to solve system issues and improve tool integration.
• Drive impactful sales training programs to strengthen team skills and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or relevant discipline required.
• 3+ years' experience in supporting sales systems, capability, or operational effectiveness.
• Skilled in Power BI, Excel, and salesforce platforms; ERP knowledge a plus.
• Strong communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
