About the job

We are looking for a (Junior) Purchasing Pharmacist to join us to support our GPs and clinic staff on the frontlines across our 16 clinics and counting.

This is a full-time onsite role. If you're a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset, we want you!

You will be responsible for facilities management of our clinics and our corporate offices.

The Role

• Responsible for the purchasing, inventory and distribution of drugs and supplies for clinics
• Conduct all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures (e.g. vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, inventory management etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements
• Support the development of purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system for medical devices in accordance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, GDPMDS, GDP etc.)
• Support maritime service offerings (e.g. meds supply)
• Assist in general housekeeping and perform data entry
• Carry out ad hoc duties (including cross-functional support, quality improvement initiatives, etc.)

The Person

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and has a valid SPC practicing license
• Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel:

Meticulous data entry and spreadsheet creation

Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively

• Comfortable working with vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery objectives are met
• Min 2 years of experience in clinical and medical materials, capital equipment, servicing and maintenance would be advantageous
• Team player with excellent analytical and organisational skills
