The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our procurement processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of materials and supplies necessary for vessel repairs and ship operations. This position is open to fresh graduates with an interest in marine equipment, repair services, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Create and process purchase orders for required materials and supplies.
• Track and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipments.
• Help resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Ensure repair teams have the correct parts and tools for each project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Genuine interest in marine equipment and ship repairs is a plus.
