Job Description:

• Order Processing function:
  • To process clients' orders.
  • To liaise between internal sales/project and clients.
• Purchasing function:
  • To make local and overseas purchases.
  • To source locally and overseas.
  • To negotiate with suppliers.
• Logistics function (only 5% of work):
  • To coordinate local deliveries.
  • To coordinate international shipping.
  • To liaise with store on incoming goods.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior purchasing position.
• Good organisation & communication skills.
• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced, and result-driven environment
