Requirements
- Responsible for planning and executing the purchasing of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- To work and determine the materials and its quantity needed for production for PO placement with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Demand Replenishments.
- Demand analysis for executing MRP Signals such pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations.
- Placing purchase orders according to MRP requirements.
- Analyze, understand, and convert MRP messages to raw material purchase orders and plans to meet production / forecast demand.
- Sourcing and Negotiating prices or services with supplier.
- Follow up with logistics service providers to ensure timely incoming shipments.
- Any ad-hoc or new assigned task and duties if any.
Competencies
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or any discipline
- Experience working with MS Office products
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
